Brian met Judy in 1978 and they were married for over 36 years. He will be fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews, 5 godchildren and close friends. A man of great faith, he was a member of Saint Thomas Aquinas / Canadian Martyrs Parish. Kind and generous with his time, he was always willing to help those less fortunate than himself. He always gave more than he received and for this we are truly grateful. His door was always open for a good social occasion, able to celebrate more birthdays and anniversaries than we would care to mention. Brian and Judy spent 16 fantastic winters in Stuart Florida where he developed a great love of American politics and way of life.
An avid sportsman, Brian was an accomplished squash player and official and in the last decade or so tackled the game of golf with great passion. He was a long-standing member of the Fenwick Squash Club, the Waegwoltic Club, Halifax and Martin County Golf and Country Club in Stuart Florida. With the inspiration of his brother Barry, he rowed with Delta Secondary School and the Leander Boat Club in Hamilton, participating in the Henley Regatta for many summers.
