Marjorie Irene Lutz

Marjorie Irene (Taylor) Lutz, 90 of Millville, Kings County, Nova Scotia; went into the presence of her Lord and Saviour on August 4, 2017. Born on April 15, 1927 in Millville Kings County she was the daughter of the late Joseph Spurgeon and Evelyn May (Hiltz) Taylor.

Marjorie was a homemaker who loved and took care of her family. She had a unique ability to create clothing; she designed her own patterns and creatively embellished each garment. Her life long affection for cats gave joy to her heart and is an affinity shared by her family. She was humble, kind, giving, loving, devoted, full of faith and prayer. Her wonderful sense of humour and wit drew many smiles, giggles and laughs. She cherished her family all the days of her life.

She was a gem to us; a priceless gift.

Marjorie is survived by the love of her life, Charles Peter MacDougall, daughters; Jeannette Neary of Kentville; Sharon (Murray) Connors of Lakeville; son Roger (Susan) Lutz of Cambridge; grandchildren Christopher (Lynette) Ripley of Fort McMurray, AB; Melissa Connors of Lakeville; Robyn (Ralph) Keddy of Cambridge; Rachel (Neil) Parker of Coldbrook; great-grandchildren Christina, Katelyn, Dawson, Brooklyn, Tiawna and Olivia; great great grandchild Eva; as well as several nieces and nephews.
