Service of Remembrance
Our Serenity Funeral Home and Chapels staff is honored to welcome everyone in the community to our fifth annual Service of Remembrance. This season brings forth powerful memories that trigger grief and recurring feelings of loss, no matter the amount of time that has passed. Our Service of Remembrance times to come to together as a community to remember and honor our loved ones who we have lost and will never forget.
Our events are non-denominational, and our staff will personally be conducting the services. There will be a selected variety of readings, lighting of memorial candles, music, and fellowship to help deliver a special meaning of hope to all that attend. During the service, families are given a keepsake of a laminated memorial bookmark and a Balsam Fir sapling to be planted as a memorial tree for loved ones in a special place that is dear to your family.
Immediately following the service, we invite everyone to stay and enjoy light refreshments.
We know how difficult it is for many to come through the front door of our funeral chapels, especially during this time of year. This is why it is so heartwarming to see the families visit us for an afternoon.
The Serenity staff would like to extend our best heart-felt thoughts to you and your loved ones, and we truly hope that you will consider attending one of our Service of Remembrance.
We hope to see you and your family at one of the following dates:
Sunday, November 19th, 3:00 pm in the Wolfville Funeral Chapel
Sunday, November 26th, 3:00 pm in the New Ross Funeral Chapel
Sunday, December 3rd, 3:00 pm in the Berwick Funeral Chapel
