Obituary of Marie Scott

We are saddened to announce the passing of Marie Jean Scott, 82 of Plympton, passed away October 17, 2016 in the Yarmouth Regional Hospital surrounded by her family. Born April 20, 1934, she was the daughter of the late Roy and Margaret (White) Amero.

Marie loved to quilt, go for drives, listen to music and enjoyed going to the Weymouth New Horizons Senior's Club.

She is survived by her husband Walter; son JJ (Melinda) of Plympton; step-grandchildren Caitlyn and Daniel; brother Bennie (Shirley) Amero of Plympton and many nieces and nephews.

Marie was predeceased by her sisters Laura Amero, Emma Amero, Viola MacIntyre and Lucy Johnson; brothers Adolph, Roy, Johnie and Fred.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Serenity Lindsay Annapolis Valley Funeral Home & Chapels, 34 Coldbrook Village Park Dr (902-679-2822). Service and Burial will take place at a later date. Memorial donations may be made to the Charity of One's Choice.
